I’ve just started working with Erica but so far, she’s been great, and I can’t wait to continue and see where this all goes. So far, I’ve already felt a great relief from being able to talk with her.

Erica has been so incredible. I have always avoided therapy, or have stopped seeing my therapists after a short amount of time. Erica is extremely patient, understanding, and encouraging. She has changed my life for the better.

Erica has been extremely helpful working with me on anxiety, self-esteem, disordered eating, and family issues over the past couple weeks. She is a very patient listener, offers thoughtful advice. I feel like each time we talk, she equips me with new practical tools I can immediately start using to improve my self-efficacy responding to anxiety. I feel more empowered and hopeful about managing my anxiety. I really like how she gives advice and strategies that can apply to a wide variety of situations, so it does not get too complicated or tedious to practice what we discuss. I highly recommend Erica!
